By downloading or using SnapMeridian ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

SnapMeridian is a utility application designed to embed GPS coordinates, timestamps, and custom notes into your photographs for documentation and reference purposes. You must not use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Accuracy of Data

The App relies on your device's internal GPS hardware. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the location data, addresses, or timestamps it generates. Satellite signals can be degraded by buildings, weather, or device hardware limitations.

3. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Isles Labs is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from inaccurate data. It is your responsibility to verify any location data before submitting it for legal, surveying, engineering, insurance, or official auditing purposes.

4. No Guarantee of Ongoing Service

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that all features will be maintained indefinitely. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
